Fundraising for Pepper

Pepper receives very little statutory funding, so the vast majority of our budget has to be generated via donations or fundraising events. In order that Pepper can continue to fund the Pepper Children's Nursing Service, we need to raise over £300,000 a year which is currently raised by voluntary donations and fundraising activities.

Nationally, only 20% of Hospice costs are funded by the government, therefore the deficit has to be raised by other means which is why Pepper needs your help.

There are many ways that you can fundraise for The Pepper Foundation:

	Organise you own fundraising event – this can be a coffee morning, quiz night, disco, BBQ, musical event or a golf day (download our fundraising pack)
	Attend an event organised in aid of Pepper – click here for full listings
	Take part in a sponsored event - this can be anything from running a half marathon, a sponsored swim, canoe marathon, abseil, walk, bungee jump, silence, or even a sponsored hair dye! Download our sponsored fundraising pack for more details.
	Take part in an overseas challenge
	Hold a Pepper stall at your local fete or fair. Pepper can provide you with promotional material, support and advice.
	Choose Pepper as your Charity of the Year - if you are part of a club, group or organisation, why not nominate Pepper as your Charity of Year and we would be happy to provide a speaker to talk to your group and support your fundraising events.
	Your place of work can make a difference - Why not suggest Pepper becomes your company's chosen charity this year or is the beneficiary of a sponsored event?
	Make a donation, become a Friend of Pepper or Leave a Gift in your Will.
