Nick Pembroke of The Gatsby in Berkhamsted held a Sunday Jazz Brunch on 25 November, with a donation of proceeds going to Pepper as part of his ongoing support of the charity. Guests were able to choose food from the Sunday brunch menu as well as the à la carte menu whilst being entertained by jazz trio ‘Toad’. The event proved to be a roaring success with the restaurant full to capacity, so much so that Nick has promised to repeat the exercise on a regular basis, with another jazz brunch planned for January.
