Sue Grace and the Family Support Team are delighted to advise us that they have been successful in receiving three grants from applications made by IRHH to extend the team’s work.

The funding will enable the Family Support Team to commence an e-listening service to help anyone who has had the Pepper or IRHH nursing teams involved in their or a family member’s care cope with bereavement, but particularly young adults and children. It is often the case that the younger members of our community feel more comfortable with being able to use email, text and phone to communicate and so the e-listening service is an exciting new enhancement to the service that the team already provide.
