High Wycombe and Tring Mayor's support Pepper

On Saturday 14 May, Pepper trustees Tony Hill and Val Bevan were delighted to be invited to attend the various ceremonies associated with mayor-making in High Wycombe – including the (in)famous weigh-in of all the councillors.

Jane White, pictured at the weigh-in, is the new Mayor, and has chosen to support The Pepper Foundation as her sole Charity of the Year during her mayoral year.

Pepper are thrilled to be able to work with Jane and her support will be an important part of our 2010-11 fundraising, as well as increasing our profile within the community of High Wycombe and the surrounding area.

Tring Mayor

Councillor Roxanne Ransley has chosen to support The Pepper Foundation as one of her Charities of the Year, during her term of office in 2010-11.Councillor Ransley was elected as mayor at Tring Town Council's annual meeting on 10th May and has lived in Tring for nearly 40 years.
