My name is Antony Allen from Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. I'm running for the Iain Rennie Hospice At Home because several friends and family members have needed nursing help towards the end of their lives over the years and I believe this is best done at home.
I enjoy running and have trained every day for over 25 years. Before
a long distance race I try to train over longer than race distance a few
times. I'm hoping for the satisfaction of achieving a good-for-age time
and I'm looking forward to getting to know some more like-minded people
in this area.
