I'm David Walker from Chesham in Bucks and I run the London Marathon for IRHH because I want to help a local charity that I believe in strongly because it does a wonderful job.
I have run in every London Marathon and with many years experience I think that my marathon training is well proven. It is structured to increase endurance, although in recent years I have to balance the quality and quantity with increasing aches and pains.
This will be my 22nd London Marathon and I aim to keep my
record intact by completing this one. This year I am looking forward with
great pleasure to running it with Jamie and John, my two sons.
