John Fifield here from Penn in Bucks. I have run in 9 London Marathons for various charities, but I find the support and organisation at IRHH second to none.
My attitude to training is 'put in the miles and enjoy it'. However the hardest part is getting out of the front door.
Completing the London Marathon again will give me a great sense of achievement.
