IRHH has charity places for the Flora London Marathon 2008 to give away!

The entry system for the Flora London Marathon 2008 is now open and once again, the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home will be entering a team of runners.

We would love to hear from anyone who is interested in running on our behalf – from experienced runners, to first-timers looking for a challenge and the chance to run in the world's most prestigious and exciting marathon event.

The 2008 Marathon takes place on Sunday 13th April and there are 2 ways in which you can gain entry into next year's event.

To enter via the official public ballot you first need to pick up an official application form in the Marathon News magazine, which is available free of charge from sports shops nationwide. The form must be returned by 19th October and you will learn whether you have been awarded a place in December.

London Marathon Team 2007
If you get a place, Iain Rennie Hospice At Home would love to have you in our team, so please get in touch as soon as you hear the news!

If your application to the public ballot is unsuccessful do not despair, as you could still apply for one of Iain Rennie's Guaranteed Charity Places . Please contact us NOW on 01442 890222 or fundraising@irhh.org if you would like to apply for one of these places.

All of our runners (regardless of how they obtained their place) will become part of the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home London Marathon Team and supported in the following ways; personalised sponsor forms, a Just Giving web page, pledge cards, Just Giving business cards, IRHH breathable running vest, training notes, invite to the team pasta night, posters, local PR, and cheering squad on the day.
