Fun and Scares in Apsley - Shoppers Meet the Unexpected

Staff at Apsley Retail Park spent the weekend of 21st/22nd October celebrating Halloween and helping local charities at the same time.

Sue Jones of Currys organised a raffle, with prizes coming from some of the other stores, organised a children's entertainer and decorated the store front. Many of the staff at Comet were looking pretty scary.

All the proceeds from the event will be divided between DENS and The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.

We are very grateful to Sue for organising this event. This is the first time she has done a fundraiser and she did a great job.
