Burnham Beeches Sponsored Walk

On Saturday 28th October, The Rotary Club of Burnham Beeches, organised a sponsored walk in the Beeches…..with pubs along the way. Proceeds from the day will be split 50/50 between Iain Rennie and the Rotary's work with Young People.

Many people and dogs turned out to walk a 1.5 mile, 5 or 8 mile walk. Around £1,800 has been raised in total from the day.

A special mention and well done to Jessica Spencer and her friend Natalie Purkins who walked in memory of Jessica's mum. Jessica's dad, John Spencer, went along too to keep them on the right track! They did really well and have raised lots of money through sponsorship.
