On 23rd July members of the Long Marston Gun Club supported the 3rd Charity Shoot organised by Mark Atherton in memory of his wife Debbie Atherton. The day was held to generate funds for IRHH who provided nursing care for Debbie.

From the members the winner was Gordy with 48/50, second was Tony Ellis with 44, 3rd was Tom Poulton with 42 and joint 4th were Mark Atherton and Chris Warren with 41.

Liz Clarke from the IRHH fundraising team visited club members to receive the cheque from Terry Baxter on Sunday 17th September, prior to the 2nd leg of the club's match against neighbouring village Aston Abbotts. The home team were 52 shots up after the first leg  setting the Aston Abbotts team quite a challenge to try and catch up!

We are delighted that the Long Marston lads continue to support our nursing service.
