On Friday evening, 20th April, the Beaconsfield Lions Club staged a Catwalk Show. It was held at Davenies School in Beaconsfield in their Performing Arts Complex which was ideal for this stunning visual and musical display representing the best of Beaconsfield fashion. Eight shops, all centred in the town, displayed their 2007 spring and summer ranges to an expectant and excited audience.
The show was choreographed by Thames Fashion Productions. They were joined by a stunning array of local talented models, including four men, all of whom brought the house down. Many gave their time, talent and ability for the cause. Iain Rennie Hospice at Home will benefit by over £3400 from the Beaconsfield Catwalk Show, which it is hoped will become a regular feature of the Beaconsfield calendar.
Following excellent publicity by the Lions, ticket demand dramatically exceeded supply for the event so our advice is to book early for next year! IRHH are very grateful to Howard Soole and his dedicated team from Beaconsfield Lions for arranging such a superb evening.
