In a new initiative Liz asked local estate agents to make a very special commitment by making a donation for every house they sell in the coming year.

Valentine suitors just kep coming forward and the third Valentine Partnership has been formed with Raffety Buckland Agency in Tring.

Carl Griffiths, of Rafferty Buckland was bowled over when Rennie Bear popped into the Tring office with Liz to toast their new and blossoming relationship.
