The Hemel Hempstead Bridge Club decided that proceeds from their Christmas Raffle should be used to purchase equipment for a local charity. The clubs committee got together and decided that the charity should be the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.

Community Fundraiser, Ruth Barber went along to one of their Bridge evenings to accept the Chillows. Chillows are special pillows that cool down when twisted which helps reduce a patient's temperature.

The Hemel Hempstead Bridge club meets on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Bennetts End Community Centre. IRHH would like to thank them for their generosity.
