A fantastic fundraising evening at ‘The Old Bengal '

On Tuesday 30th January the Rhyme and Reason fundraising group held a dinner at the new Indian restaurant in Beaconsfield ‘The Old Bengal'. Over 50 people joined the group for the evening and indulged in a 3 course meal and fantastic raffle.

During the evening, Community Fundraiser Ruth Barber was presented with a cheque for £1000 following the successful sales of their latest book. One of the highlights of the event was when a few members of the group read favourite extracts from the book. These were enjoyed by all.
