Josie Rance and representatives from the Chiltern Vehicle Preservation Group recently visited the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home to present a cheque for £1,250 in memory of Josie's husband Alan.   The group had its annual Festival of Transport Rally in Luton on 10th June raising funds for Iain Rennie and The Pasque Hospice.  This annual event for classic and vintage vehicles attracts more than 6,000 visitors and they will be supporting Iain Rennie Hospice at Home again next year on Sunday 8th June 2008.  Alan was the group's Social Secretary and Rally Commentator and is sadly missed.  The Iain Rennie Ridgeway Team of nurses cared for Alan and Jane Westall, Ridgeway Team Leader, was proud to accept the cheque from Josie and Michael Cain who is Secretary of the CVPG.
