On Friday 21st September just under 200 people donned their DJs and posh frocks and hot footed it down to Butlers Cross Village Hall for the third Wendover Ball (aka Joe's Posh Bash). The highlight of the night was an ingenious game, described as a cross between Deal or No Deal and Open the Box. The game was masterminded by Joe's friends, Nigel Gilding and Ivor Saunders and not only provided great entertainment but also raised over £6,000!
The evening, organised by IRHH's very own Linda Petrons, was a storming success and in total has raised a record breaking £12,000! This brings the total funds raised from all three balls to a wonderful £30,000, of which IRHH has received £21,000!!! Congratulations Linda! IRHH would like to thank all those who were involved in making the event a success and to everyone who gave so generously on the night.
