Iain Rennie Day Bags – Glimpse our Supply Chain |
![]() |
Andy Worboys of the Official Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Association made it a special day for some IRHH volunteers affectionately known as “The Bag Ladies”. Andy, who works in the textile business, has been collecting samples, end of lines and remnants of fabric from his suppliers and he delivered a multi-box consignment to our Retail and Trading offices in Tring. The fabric will be made into the popular “Rennie Day Bags”, currently being sold throughout the IRHH charity shop network. These multipurpose fabric bags are fully lined lightweight and reversible. They provide a superior and environmentally friendly alternative to plastic carrier bags and are priced from only £2. The bags are available in an assortment of colours and designs to suit all tastes, each bag being unique. The bags are being made up by a team of dedicated volunteers, some of whom are pictured with Andy. From front to back in the photo are Liz Bird (super seamstress), Lesley Blencowe (Head of Retail & Trading), Pam Brace (Designer and initiator of the bag idea), Delia Orbell (seamstress extraordinaire) and Andy Worboys (fabric supplier to the stars!) |
