The IRHH is delighted to have received confirmation that we continue to meet the rigorous Investors in People standard. IRHH first achieved the standard after a comprehensive assessment in March 2005 and has been renewed following an Assessor's visit in early March 2008.
The Assessor visited our Tring offices at 52a Western Road and Akeman Street and Gillian King House as well as our shops at Warners End and Little Chalfont. She had interviews with staff and volunteers from across the organisation and said how much she had enjoyed meeting such a dedicated group of people. We received very positive feedback and the assessor commented about the strong teamwork across the organisation being exceptional and that everyone she interviewed was motivated by IRHH's very strong vision and purpose.
