![]() | The Mayor's May Dance featured Mr Kite's Benefit Band and children from Pepper Youth. The Mayor and Mayoress, Derek and Janet Townsend, hosted the evening in aid of the Mayor's charity, The Iain Rennie Hospice At Home, and The Pepper Foundation. Mr
Kite's Benefit Band provided their usual highly polished mix of rock and pop styles
which have audiences on the dance floor wherever they go. The members of the 9
piece band all gave their time without charge, and the band presented a cheque
for £6,000 to the Mayor. |

Youth who performed in last year's highly successful Sgt Pepper concerts in Berkhamsted.
