Instead of a traditional afternoon stroll, Tim and Sammi Etches ran to the top of Mount Vesuvius on Sunday 4th November to raise funds for us. Having braved the searing heat, Sammi was over the moon. She said "We made it!! It was a hard slog, but we ran all the way - I just kept thinking of my Mum! I was the third British Lady to finish, 5th overall, out of 180 and Tim was third British Man!! So we both got medals and I got a trophy!"
