British 10k London 2003

The third British 10k Open Road Race took place in Central London on Sunday 13th July 2003. 13 runners supporting the Iain Rennie Hospice At Home took part.

There were two Iain Rennie nurses amongst the runners, Julie Moffat (a member of the South Bucks team) and James Fisher (member of the Ridgeway team). They joined forces with husband and wife team Chris and Katherine Feander and Laura McGregor who were running because a friend or relative had been cared for by IRHH nurses. Also taking part were mother and daughter team Christine and Kate Forman, Carol Parkey (past Fundraising Manager), Sheila Coles, Mark Delahay, Emma James, Wanda Jarnecki and Alice Margetts.

We send our thanks to them all and wish them well with the "marathon" task of collecting their sponsorship money.

As at the 22nd September 2003 £1,365 has been raised.
