Shops Survey
Our shops survey was sent out with the Spring edition of Doorstep. Thank you very much if you took the time to return the forms to us. We value your opinion and would like to share some of the key findings with you.
- 100% of respondants know where their nearest shop is – What a relief!
- 45% spend between £1-£5 per visit
- 38% between £5-£10 per visit
- Most customers visit the shops once a month (41%)
- Most customers donate items once a month (44%)
- 84% either agree or strongly agree that the shops are inviting, clean, good value and that they receive good customer service
- 96% agree that we should only sell donated goods (except for Christmas Cards)
- 59% of respondants were aged 60+
- 24% of respondants were aged 50-59
- 10% of respondants were aged 40-49
- 3% of respondants were aged 30-39
- 3% of respondants were aged 20-29
- 0% of respondants were under 20!
