Consultation Group
The Iain Rennie Consultation Group is a group of carers, family representatives, volunteers and health care professionals which meets 3 times a year to comment on aspects of the IRHH service. The group's guidance and feedback is used to monitor and improve the services we provide.
Discussion topics have included the Iain Rennie model of care, a review of the 24 hour on-call service, feedback and complaints procedures, new leaflets and information packs, education, volunteer recognition and the IRHH website. The group is consulted on all major reviews of the IRHH service so that the opinions and experiences of patients and families can be considered as part of the decision-making process.
