The HR and Voluntary Services team oversee the recruitment of staff and volunteers across IRGH. Volunteers are involved in every part of our service from patient support and administration to fundraising and our shops. Volunteers are an integral part of our organisation and support our service by offering much-needed time and by bringing a range of skills and experience. More than 1,000 volunteers save us over £1million every year.
