If things go wrong, we will do all we can to put things right. We want to know if any aspect of our service is not satisfactory and encourage people to contact us with any comments, compliments or complaints they may have about our organisation.
Surveys
The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is constantly striving to improve the services it provides. By completing a short survey, patients, families and carers can tell us about their experiences and help us to respond to changing needs. These surveys are completely anonymous.
The Patient Experience Survey and the Carer Experience Survey are both available in PDF format to be downloaded and returned to us by post.
