Challenge EventsAre you ready for the challenge of a lifetime? There's a huge range of challenges available across the world, or in the UK, to suit your needs. If you want to have fun, test your limits and endurance, and most importantly raise vital funds for our nursing service, then we could help you find just the event for you!
IRHH offers unrivalled support to anyone who wants to undertake a challenge for us. We can provide you with sponsorship material (including sponsorship forms, web pages, pledge cards and much more), t-shirts, posters and anything else you may need. We also provide practical and friendly advice on how to get the most out of your event.
Here are just some of the challenges that you could take on:
3 Peaks Challenge You can choose to do this challenge either independently or as part of a bigger group. The basic rule is that you walk up the 3 peaks - Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Mount Snowdon - in 24 hours. How you choose to do this is totally up to you!

This challenge follows the ancient 182 mile National Trail of Offa's Dyke Path along the border between England and Wales, from Prestatyn to Sedbury.
Tough Guys is open to individuals and teams and is the original survival ordeal - a test of physical and mental endurance designed to take you beyond your limits on torture rack obstacles known as The Killing Fields, following a wild terrain 15 mile warm up!
The longest non-stop canoe marathon in the world; a 125 mile race from Devizes to London!
