Fundraising at School

Fundraising at School

Young people have an important part to play in supporting the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home and we really rely on the links with nurseries, schools and colleges in our communities.  We have devised specific fundraising ideas to suit the needs of both primary and secondary schools.

Nursery & Primary Schools

Why not hold an Iain Rennie BUTTERFLY FINGERS FUNDRAISING DAY at your school or nursery during the Spring Term 2011.  Using the theme of butterflies (our logo), raise money via activities such as butterfly face painting, butterfly cake sales, fancy dress and butterfly craft art exhibitions.  For more information please contact Louise Hewitt on 01442 890222, lhewitt@irhh.org

Secondary Schools & Collages

There are many different ways in which schools can support us.  As well as fun ideas such as non-uniform days, sponsored events and collections at schools functions, we are also happy to come along and talk to schools about the work of the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home. We can develop specific lessons plans and talks to fit in with the curriculum.  For more information please contact Louise Hewitt on 01442 890222, lhewitt@irhh.org
