Thailand Jungle Trek
Join our jungle trek to Thailand for the trip of a lifetime. Take on the challenge of three days tough trekking through the beautiful mountainous regions of Thailand. Hike through national parks and tribal villages; visit temples and dine under the stars. Take a bamboo raft trip down the Taeng River then bathe and swim with elephants and learn how to communicate with them at the National Elephant Park where you'll help with their health care, before following them back to their natural jungle habitat.

We're also planning a second joint hospice trek to India for 2013, teaming up with The Hospice of St Francis and The Peace Hospice. Watch this space!
Other overseas challenges
In conjunction with event organisers Charity Challenge, there are various overseas treks and challenges to choose from across the globe. Here are just some of the amazing experiences you could enjoy, whilst raising money for IRHH:

- Icelandic Lava Trek
If these trips do not appeal to you there are many more experiences to choose from, which you can view at the Charity Challenge website .
All of these experiences are sponsored events and participants are required to raise a minimum amount in order to take part.
