IRHH is delighted to have a team of 26 runners taking part in the Virgin London Marathon 2010. Despite the snow and ice our team have been busy training hard for the big day on 25th April 2010. You can support the team by visiting their fundraising pages and help them reach their ambitious target to fund four nursing salaries.

Be part of our team!

We are looking for as many runners as possible to join the Iain Rennie 2010 Marathon team so if you hold your own position and are looking for a charity to run for, then why not join our team?

As part of our team we will provide you with a range of sponsorship materials as well as a breathable running vest. You will also have a team photo shoot and pasta night before the big day, publicity for your fundraising efforts and most importantly we will provide you with friendly advice and support throughout your training and on the day!

Join the cheering squad

IRHH holds a number of its own places for the London Marathon and with the popularity of this event ever increasing the competition for those places is getting tougher than ever!

Online Ballot
The official Virgin London Marathon ballot will open on 26th April 2010 so whether you would like to apply for an Iain Rennie Golden Bond place or not we advise all interested runners to apply in the ballot initially to increase their chances of obtaining a place. So put a note in your diary to visit the online ballot website immediately after this year's marathon as the 2010 ballot closed within 2 days last year due to overwhelming demand.

Once you have applied in the ballot please contact Iain Rennie to register your interest in applying for a Golden Bond place and you will then be invited to the IRHH open evening held in September 2010. Following the open evening we will allocate our places to the successful applicants.
