Iain Rennie nurses are never more than a phone call away...
The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is a registered charity offering specialist and supportive care and advice for patients with cancer and other life threatening illnesses in their homes. We also aim to help the relatives and those carers close to the patient during the illness and bereavement period. The service is available 365 days a year and offers patients and carers access to on-call specialist advice and nursing visits on a 24 hour on-call basis. The professional care and advice offered by our teams of specialist and support nurses enables those people who choose to stay at home achieve the best quality of life. |

Our Hospice at Home service is offered to patients and families free of charge and our Fundraising Department works hard to raise the funds needed to keep our nurses on the road.
