Cllr Nick Hollinghurst presents £1035
Monday 12th May was Cllr Nick Hollinghurst's final day in office as Mayor of Tring. Liz Clarke, Head of Fundraising, attended the Tring Town Council meeting and was presented with a cheque for £1035 from the Mayor's Charity Fund. Cllr Hollinghurst said he'd had a very busy but most enjoyable year as Mayor and thanked his wife Rosemarie, the Town Clerk and her assistant for their backup and support.
The Mayoral chain was then handed over to Cllr Mike James who begins his second office as Mayor of Tring. Cllr James will also be supporting IRHH as one of his charities and IRHH is delighted to have the continued endorsement of the Mayor of Tring.
