Kings Arms Quiz Success
On Monday evening Vicky North, John Francis, Thomas North and Christine North of the Kings Arms, Tring, presented Sue Wright, IRHH Nursing Team Leader, with a cheque for £800. On the same night Hertfordshire Air Ambulance also received a cheque for £800.
The fantastic total of £1,600 was raised through a series of Quiz Evenings and Raffles held between February and May this year, with the clever customers of the Kings Arms taking turns to set the questions and host the evenings.
Vicky and John would like to thank their customers for their kind generosity and confirm that entry forms for the 2009 Quiz Round will be available in the New Year.
IRHH would also like to thank the Kings Arms landlords for their sustained support of IRHH over almost 20 years.
