We are holding our first ever Sponsored Santa Dash at Lowndes Park, Chesham, on Sunday 30th November.
Community Fundraiser, Jo Neale, explained: "We are extremely excited about the Santa Dash. It's the first time we've organised this event and it is set to be a fun and exciting day for everyone involved! Following the overwhelming success of this year's Tring Midsummer Fun Run we are hoping that our supporters will get together and turn out in even greater numbers in Chesham this Christmas and help to make it the biggest and best Christmas Fundraising event yet!"
We hope to recruit hundreds of adults, children and dogs (welcome on a lead) to run or walk a 1.5 mile course dressed as Santa to raise funds to support the Iain Rennie nurses.
Entry fees are £10 for an adult, £5 for a child and £20 for a family which includes a FREE Santa costume!
There will be a whole host of other attractions on the day including refreshments, music, stalls and other entertainment. Prizes will be presented to the individual and team who raise the most money in sponsorship, and there will be a drawing competition for children.
