IRHH Patron Geoffrey Palmer visited the Tring bookshop on 15th April to launch our free bookmark.
The bookmarks are aimed to make people aware of the importance of making a Will, and are available free with all books purchased from our nine shops across the region.
Geoffrey says: "I am proud to support the Iain Rennie nurses who provide vital hospice at home care, and am pleased to help the charity in this promotion. Funds are always desperately needed so please make a donation or leave a gift in your Will."
IRHH's Legacy Fundraiser, Suzanne Britton, added: "After making provision for loved ones, please consider leaving something to IRHH to enable us to continue with this fantastic service, providing hospice care at home for patients and families in the Chilterns area. We have to raise over £3million each year to fund our nursing service, and leaving a gift in your Will is a way of donating money without it costing you a penny now."
A free bookmark, or advice on leaving money to Iain Rennie in your Will, is available by contacting Suzanne on 01442 890222 or emailing legacies@irhh.org
The Iain Rennie shops can now claim an extra 28% Gift Aid on money raised from the selling of second hand or new books donated to them by the public. Ask any of the staff and volunteers in the shops when donating goods to them.
