John goes the extra mile for IRHH!
IRHH supporter and member of the Tring Running Club, John Manning, took part in an awesome 100 mile race called the 'Wessex 100 Challenge' on 29th May 2009 and raised a staggering £7340 in sponsorship!

John set out on this incredible race on a Saturday morning with a group of friends from the Tring Running Club and finished the 100 mile run in 29 hours and 6 minutes coming in 42 nd place out of 500 participants! After retiring last year John decided to take on a new challenge and certainly found one with this event he said 'It was exhilarating and exhausting in equal measure. It was a great experience'.
