Golf Day raises over £16,000 for IRHH
The Clive Waugh Memorial Golf Day held at Sandy Lodge Golf Club, Northwood, in September raised £16,223 for IRHH.
Clive Waugh, in whose memory the golf day was held, had been a member of Sandy Lodge for many years until his death in November 2007.

When presenting the cheque Gina, Clive's widow, said: " Iain Rennie helped so much to make sure that Clive had his wish to die peacefully in his own home with his family around him. We were delighted that his many friends helped to raise so much money for this wonderful charity. I would also particularly like to thank Sandy Lodge for their generosity in giving us the course for the day. "
In receiving the cheque Joanne Hunt, Community Fundraiser, said: "we are so grateful for this fantastic donation which will help us to continue the palliative care we provide for our patients. I would like to thank Gina and everyone who helped to make the day such a success."
