IRHH has received a grant from Berkhamsted Town Council towards the training of our nurses.

The Town Mayor, Councillor David Collins, presented a cheque for £1,000 to Linda Petrons (IRHH Partnership Fundraiser) and Gillian Brown (IRHH Director of Fundraising ) at the Council Chambers on Thursday 15th October.

In handing over the cheque, Councillor Collins said:  "The work that the Iain Rennie Nurses do is priceless in terms of providing support to parents and families in times of great stress.  The people of Berkhamsted are delighted to support Iain Rennie."

Helen Joels , IRHH's Professional Development Lead, said:  "At IRHH we pride ourselves on providing our nurses with all the relevant training and support they need to carry out their work professionally and effectively.  We are very grateful to Berkhamsted Town Council for their grant, as this will enable us to continue keeping our nurses up to date with the latest Health Service initiatives and developments in end of life care."
