Buckland Village Pub Weekend
The village of Buckland once again turned their village hall into The Buck pub for the Whitsun weekend, serving food and drinks to the public to raise money for IRHH.
The good weather meant cars were parking the length of the street to sample the home-cooking and drinks laid on by villager Phil Hedges and his team of volunteers over the four days. The money raised was split 50:50 between IRHH and the local church, resulting in a donation to IRHH for a fantastic £2320.06.
We are very grateful to Phil and the villagers of Buckland, who have supported IRHH for many years, and always serve up a treat for their customers at The Buck.
