Mary's bootie-licious fundraising
93 year old Mary Wade from Bedford has raised over £350 for IRHH by hand-knitting babies' booties.
Mary gives the booties to her daughter, Margaret Chester-Barnett, who is a volunteer at our shop at Bennetts Gate, Hemel Hempstead. Margaret then sells the booties on our behalf in the shop.
The booties are apparently very popular and much in demand - so visit the shop if you know any babies who are looking for new footwear!
