Christmas gift ideas

Spread festive cheer and seasons greetings whilst raising awareness and funds for local hospice care.

We have a whole host of gift ideas, which you can buy during December – right up to Christmas Eve in some cases!

Letter from Father Christmas: Last chance to order a personalised letter to the little ones in your life.  Father Christmas (or Santa if you prefer) signs beautifully-designed letters specially created for ‘Baby's 1st Christmas'; children aged 1 to 5; children aged 6 and over.  View sample letters and place your order online until Friday 9th December

Virtual Gifts: ideal for the person who has everything!  Your donation will help fund local care for local families: choose your Virtual Gift from our range (hospice at home; day hospice; complementary therapies; family support) and we will send you a special card which you can personalise and send to the recipient. Visit our on-line shop to see the range and place your order (before 20th December to ensure pre-Christmas delivery in the UK).

Christmas cards: View and order online until 12th December – or buy from any of our shops right up till Christmas Eve!

ecards: If you want to spread seasons greetings online, then for a small donation we can personalise a fun, festive ecard for you to email to family, friends and colleagues.  Contact Linda at lpetrons@irhh.org

Santas' Grottos: Santas across the counties are raising funds for IRGH!  Penn Nursery near Princes Risborough offers free entry to their beautiful grotto (donations welcome) whilst at the Snow Centre in Hemel, Santa is surrounded by real snow!

Festive float: Look out for Father Christmas and his merry band of helpers in and around Tring over the next couple of weeks. Instead of dishing out presents they'll be asking for donations!

Carol singing: IRGH nurses and friends will be singing carols on 21st December in Tring from 6pm, passing round collecting buckets in Beaconsfield Road , Longfield Road and Highfield Road .  They'd love to have company so join them if you can!  Contact fundraising@irhh.org for more details.

Come Dine at Mine: Getting together with friends and family over the festive period?  Speak to the fundraising team to find out how your gathering could help other families stay together at Christmas.  Visit www.irhh.org/comedine for details.

Raffle a Wrap: We have so many beautiful wraps created by supporters, many of which we have given to our patients.   Could you help us raise funds from other wraps by hosting a coffee morning and holding a raffle to win a hand-made wrap?  View the wraps here.
