Teaming up for triathlon
IRGH has joined forces with RAF Halton to stage a brand new sponsored triathlon on Saturday 28th April. The event gives athletes of all fitness levels the chance to 'try a triathlon' and support local hospice care.
The RAF Halton Sprint Triathlon will challenge entrants to swim 10 lengths of a 30m pool, cycle 21k and finish off with a 5k run. Entry costs £20 - which will include a medal, t-shirt and chip timing - and registration is open now on www.rafhaltontriathlon.org. There are 150 places available for members of the public so don't delay in signing up!
