IRGH is chosen as Charity Of The Year
Once again, St Peter’s church in Berkhamsted has announced it will be raising money for charity through its programme of Petertide events including the popular Petertide Fair on Saturday 16 June 2012.
This year, we are one of the chosen charities along with the Nepali Children’s Trust.
Last year’s fair raised nearly £24,000 for charity but Petertide Chairman, Pru Murray hopes that this figure can be exceeded. She comments, “IRGH provides such a valuable service for many in the local community and I am delighted that we have chosen to support them this year. Events like our Petertide Fair will help us raise a significant amount of money as well as providing a super day out for all who come along.”

Petertide fundraising events include:
- Friday 16 March St Patrick’s Day Quiz Night.
- Tuesday 1 May May Dinner at the Gatsby restaurant
- Saturday 26 May University of London Chamber Choir Concert at St Peter’s church
- Saturday 16 June Petertide Fair at St Peter’s church
