The Iain Rennie Pepper Children's Nurses provide professional and loving care for terminally ill children and their families across the entire Chilterns area of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The service operates on an on-call, 24/7 basis, 365 days a year.
The care provided by the Pepper children's nurses can greatly improve the quality of life of some children who may only live for a few years. The nurses ensure that a child's life, no matter how short, is made as comfortable and happy as possible.
The Pepper Foundation is a charity in its own right (reg. charity no. 1056823), responsible for funding the Pepper Children's Nursing Team, the Family Support Team and a Children's Support Facilitator, all based with the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.
