Hospice at Home Nurses - Palliative Care
AfC Band 5 pro rata for 30 or 37.5 hours per week. Enhancements for Weekends & On-call + Options for sustaining your NHS Pension. Relocation allowance available, if applicable.
Positions available in all teams.
You must be a registered nurse with excellent communication skills with a special interest in palliative care. As part of a busy and dynamic team, you will provide the nursing care that meets the emotional and physical needs of the patient and their family.
All nursing positions are subject to an enhanced CRB check.
IRHH operates a 24 hour on-call nursing service.
