As well as the nursing staff, there are fundraising, communications, finance, IT, retail and administrative departments. We have staff working from offices in Tring and Chalfont St Giles, plus ten shops across the region.

Iain Rennie Hospice at Home employs approximately 95 paid staff who are all committed to the IRHH philosophy of care and contribute to the care of our patients through their day-to-day roles. The IRHH is unable to accept application forms from outside the United Kingdom unless the applicant is registered with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council and planning to live in the area of England covered by the service. The IRHH is not an audit facilitator for processing the UK registration procedure.
